About Kinoodle

The infrastructure between an incident and a response.

Care exists.
Connection doesn't.

Kinoodle is building one location-aware case layer for animal emergencies—so reports, people, organizations, care and support can work from the same signal.

Starting geography

Delhi NCR

Expansion model

City by city

A person documenting an animal emergency on a Delhi NCR street

Today

Five attempts.
No shared case.

With Kinoodle

One signal.
A connected response.

What is actually broken

The city has many pieces.
The emergency has no system.

The problem is not a lack of compassion, rescuers, NGOs or veterinary care. It is the absence of a shared operational layer when time and location matter.

01

The incident is isolated

A person sees the animal, but the situation has no shared identity, history or owner.

02

Capability is scattered

Responders, organizations, veterinary care and resources exist across separate systems.

03

The outcome disappears

Calls, posts and messages rarely create one visible record from report to resolution.

The operating idea

One incident becomes a durable case that the relevant network can understand and act around.

Report. Route. Respond.
Resolve.

A varied local response team coordinating around a Delhi NCR case

One shared record

The case carries context forward—even when the people involved change.

01

Local before large

Build density and working relationships city by city.

02

Trust before reach

Verification, privacy and evidence are part of the infrastructure.

03

Connect, do not replace

Strengthen the people and organizations already doing the work.

04

Resolution matters

A signal is useful only when its next steps and outcome remain visible.

Founding team

Kinoodle is founded by two people building the product, partnerships and operating model together.

Where this is going

India's animal-response network, built from working local systems.

Kinoodle is currently in product development and network formation. The Delhi NCR pilot is planned for October 2026 and will test routing relevance, ownership, handoff continuity and case closure before expansion—without pretending every city works the same way.
