Support requests should remain connected to evidence and accountable updates.

Rescue first

Emergency response should not be delayed because fundraising has not started.

Document the requirement

Eligible requests should explain the treatment, transport, medicine, food or shelter requirement and include supporting information where appropriate.

Update supporters

Material changes, use of funds and case outcomes should be recorded transparently.
